MLC Gymnastics Club will provide an opportunity for all gymnasts to develop and fulfill their maximum potential according to their ability. This will be achieved by offering a high quality program that caters for a diverse range of National Gymnastics Sports in a positive environment.

MLC Gymnastics Club has a strong commitment to remain at the forefront of Gymnastics Clubs in Australia.

Aims of MLC Gymnastics Club

1. To create and provide a developmental program in a positive learning environment for each athlete by promoting their physical development and wellbeing
2. To provide a high quality team of administrative and coaching staff in order to deliver the highest level of service by:-
   1. Employing and training nationally accredited, professional staff
   2. Maintaining and developing a staffing structure that empowers staff to develop leadership and management skills
   3. Implementing clear policies and procedures and providing a high level of communication and customer service to members.
3. To provide a broad range of Gymnastics Sports for female gymnasts that are linked together to allow them to participate in the following Gymnastics Australia Programs :
   1. Women’s Artistic Gymnastics; (Recreational, State, National and International Competition)
   2. Sport Aerobics, Fitness training*, Cheerleading and Dance*
   3. Kinder Gym, Team Gym and Display Gymnastics
   *Non-Gymnastics Australia Programs
4. To produce a high level of participation and competitive results at Inter School, Inter Club and at a State and National Level.
5. To provide a National High Performance Centre that encompasses support programs in the areas of Nutrition, Psychology, and Medical to enable athletes to represent Australia at the top level. (National Levels and International)
6. To contribute to the College environment at MLC and offer opportunities to any MLC student who wishes to participate in Gymnastics Sports.
7. To maintain and develop strong financial management to support the current programs and further develop the marketing plan to promote the Club within the College and to the wider community.
