Coach assisting gymnast on barsThe MLC Gym For All program is based on the Australian National Development Program, GymMix and Gymstar Programs. This allows gymnasts to develop their gymnastics skills in an encouraging, non-competitive environment. Most participants new to the sport commence in the one hour per week Recreational class and can progress through the Clubs newly introcuced 6 Stage Curriculum and Achievement Program (CAP).

For the higher-level gymnasts in the GFA Program provides advancement with a two hour Intermediate class and the 2 x 2hour Gymstar class avaliable. Entry into these programs is based on assessment of skills by MLC coaches.  All participants in the GFA program have the opportunity to participate in Club events and competittions if they choose.

Kim Amor is the General Gymnastics Manager and co-ordinates the GFA Program. The Program includes over 450 participating gymnasts. Classes are offered to MLC students and external students.

All GFA Gymnastics Classes for non-MLC students take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
